Add a date when it's deployed
- Inventory of every tool, script, list, form, flow, function and report, with owner, purpose, how to run and connections.
- Status updates itself from activity: Power Automate runs, SharePoint and OneDrive changes, Azure invocations and deployments, and DevOps commits.
- Override a status with a reason and an end date; "Confirm still in use" for things that only run occasionally.
- Your own tags, a Needs attention view, and a Retired section with a retirement checklist.
- Import Excel with a review step, and Export Excel in the same format.
